Winter Conditioning

From early November through February, Utah Crew trains indoors on Concept2 rowing machines. Our focus is building fitness and perfecting aspects of technique so we can be as fast as possible in the spring. Winter training is perfect for novices or experienced rowers. 

Practice is 3 days per week on M, W, and F from 4-6PM at West High School. The next winter session starts in November and registration information will be released in September.
