Head Coach Corinne Linderman rowed for five years for TC Williams High School in Alexandria, VA and for four Years for Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Corinne was a Novice Coach for Worcester Polytechnic Institute for 1 year. She has been coaching Utah Crew for 3 seasons. She is also a member of the board of Great Salt Lake Rowing. Director and Coach Josie Byer began rowing as a member of Utah Crew in its first year of existence. She is now coaching and doing administration for Utah Crew and Great Salt Lake Rowing, an adult rowing organization. Coach Jeff Massey began rowing for Community Rowing in Boston his junior year in high school and was invited to the junior national team selection camp his senior year. After high school he rowed for the Cornell University Heavyweights and coached the Cascadilla Novice women in Ithaca New York. Jeff has coached 1 season for Utah Crew. Coach Nina Dobratz is a level one and two certified rowing coach. She began rowing nine years ago in Oregon with Rowing Unlimited, now Rose City Rowing Club. She continued her rowing at the University of Tennessee and served as captain for two years as well as community service coordinator. Nina is the newest addition to the Utah Crew coaching team. Coach Courtney Chisholm has been rowing since her sophomore year at Cornell University, where she was a walk-on to the Women's Varsity Team. She began coaching for Utah Crew in the fall of 2010. Utah Crew also benefits from the help of a strong team of parent volunteers. |
