September 7th, 2011 - Utah Crew has received a bid to the Head of the Charles in Boston MA, October 22nd and 23rd! Congratulations Utah Crew and best of luck!

Utah Crew recently traveled to Boulder, Colorado to participate in the Boulder Sprints. We made a great first showing winning the Men's and Women's Novice 1x events, taking 3rd in the Men's Junior 2x, and coming in 1st and 2nd in the Men's Jr 4 event. It was a great site to see, and we were all very proud of our teams performance. Results can be found at Regatta Central. We would like to thank all the parents and rowers who made it possible for us to get to Boulder, and especially Hugh Hurlow who was instrumental in the organization of the trip.

Utah Crew also recently acquired an additional stern coxed Vespoli 4, bringing our currently fleet up to 5 fours, 2 singles, and one double. Utah Crew also recently purchased their first cox box. It sure helped bring us to victory at the Boulder Sprints.
Utah Crew would also like to thank Sonia Witte for the donation of a pair of sculling blades. This brings us up to 2 pairs of sculling blades, and 16 sweep blades. Utah Crew would also like to thank the anonymous donor for the stroke coach and 2 sets of wiring for speed coaches. Donations are always appreciated and have helped make our club what it is today.
